PML is having its manufacturing facilities at Kaiyal (50
kms north of Ahmedabad city), Gujarat, India. The
mosaic production is carried out using state-of-theart
current generation Italian knowhow, plants and
machineries.
Glass mosaic is manufactured with superior grade virgin glass producing raw materials. It is melted in Glass Furnace at 1400˚C and high quality glass mosaics are produced through fusion technology. Our production standards comply with the specification as per International Standards, applicable to impervious glass mosaic.
Porcelain mosaic is manufactured with clays and minerals which are ball milled, pressed, glazed and fired into Kiln. Our production standards comply with the specification as per European Norms as defined in EN 14411, Group B1a, applicable to vitrified dry pressed mosaic, single fired at a temperature of more than 1200˚C, where water absorption (E ) is ≤ 0.5%.
Recycled mosaic is produced using post consumer glass through Sintered Technology. Our production standard comply with the specification as per International Standards, applicable to impervious glass mosaic.

Designing and Creativity with mosaics is our passion.
We create various designs by using different types of
"Patterns" under Classic and Modular techniques
e.g. Brick/Offset/Staggered, Herringbone, Basket
Weave, Pinwheel etc. We also cut and shape
mosaics, wherever required, to create "Artistic"
designs.
Although through mosaic art, design possibilities are
infinite, still over a period of time, we have created a
"Design Library", which can help you in design
selection. Keeping in mind different design

PML is involved with the client starting from the "Project Layout" till the "Design Installation" is accomplished. Our 360 degree approach facilitate in smooth execution of the project and helps in converting the dreams of the client into reality.
01. Project Layout: Our design team needs to know the area of application and its dimension.
02. Design Inspiration: Design inspiration can be either from the catalogue or can be customised from any inspiration of the client.
03. Colour Selection: Upon design and mosaic format selection, the colour is selected based on specifier / client's choice.
04. Design Elaboration: Once the above inputs are received, designers elaborate the idea on the mosaic software. The presentation is sent to the specifier/client for approval.
05. Samples: Design so developed sometimes warrant sample. In such cases, we provide samples to have better look and feel of the product.
06. Design Production: Upon receipt of order, "Production Plan" is prepared for assembling of mosaics. Assembled mosaic sheets goes through the quality check before packing into cartons for despatch.
07. Design Installation: Proper installation needs skilled installers who lays down the mosaic sheets as per the "Installation Plan" for proper positioning of the sheets and helps him in the accurate execution of the project.
